Zhejiang Smile Tools Co., Ltd. was established in 2007 . It is a professional supplier of aluminum ladders, aluminum leisure products, aluminum profiles and other aluminum products. The company covers an area of 30666 square meters , with a factory building area of over 18,000 square meters and an office space of over 1,000 square meters. The company has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification, BSCI certification. Holding a number of invention patents, dozens of utility model patents and more than a dozen GS product quality certifications, it is a high-tech enterprise and a small and medium-sized science and technology enterprise in Zhejiang province.
More than 80% of the aluminum alloy series multipurpose ladders, working platform, telescopic ladders,standing step ladders,extension ladders and mini scaffolding produced by the company are exported to Europe. The main customers have covered international supermarkets and professional buyers such as Wal-Mart, Kaufland, ALDI, NORMA, REWE and OBI and have perfect product testing equipment and realized computer network management. We actively innovated and actively invested in technological transformation, with an investment of more than 50 million CNY. We built a new 1000-ton extrusion line, two 600-ton extrusion lines, an oxidation production line with an annual output of 6,000 tons and a sewage treatment station and spraying line, which improved the whole product production line, realized the complete closure of the industrial chain and improved the market competitiveness and anti-risk ability.
